The Balance Procedure (TBP) is a practical ENERGY technique to conscious awareness using HEART energy and Universal Symbols. TBP is a powerful unique energy technique and when used as part of your daily life it can increase your confidence, increase energy output and maximise potential. TBP is a self-help tool and when practiced daily, it can change the way you think and feel, enabling you to find your true potential and live a much fuller life. It helps you to understand the true power of your thoughts and imagination and how they impact your emotions and the actions you take or don’t take. Using TBP enables you to learn how to focus your intention to create the life you want. We all create our own reality through thought and imagination – BALANCE is the KEY.
TBP activates the Language of the Universe with nine symbol cards each representing a geometric symbol, affirmation, colour, number, zodiac, gemstone, element, planet, chakra, and physical aspect and how when all is Balanced, it is the key to the unconscious mind. TBP is an energy technique that does not require an understanding of theory or precise disciplines but is learnt through practice. Knowing how it works is not as important as doing it. Rather than using the rational, intellectual level of consciousness, it requires the development of flexibility and expansion of consciousness and mindfulness. TBP works with what do you want NOW, what is alive in you NOW. It does not dwell on the past, but focuses positive thoughts and imagination on what we want to create right NOW…
The Balance Procedure Workshops
There are 3 Levels to The Balance Procedure
Level 1 – To use personally on yourself, family, friends and animals
Level 2 – Practitioner
Level 3 – Trainer (this training is delivered by Jenny Cox)
How can I learn The Balance Procedure TBP?
There are 2 options for you to learn Level 1 in TBP
– Group Workshop these are conducted online or in person.
One to One Personal Workshop (can be delivered via zoom) with me incorporating a Coaching session
where we can go deeper into your wellbeing goals.
If you have already attended a TBP workshop with me or another trainer before but feel that you would like a refresher then come along to a refresher workshop and be INSPIRED again. Please contact me for more details. One and a half hours online refresher workshop in either Level 1 or Level 2 – cost £45 or you can attend any new Level 1 or Level 2 workshops if there is space available.
Prerequisite – you must have previously attended a Level 1 or Level 2 in TBP.
The Balance Procedure is designed to be used on yourself as a self-help tool and is an accredited course taught up to 3 levels.
